Admitted as a Solictor in in 1978 in which year he joined this firm, Neil is a former pupil of Towcester Grammar School and Graduate of London University. Neil's practice covers a wide area of private client work including handling multi-million pound transactions. He is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and undertakes privately funded matrimonial cases. Neil is head of the Conveyancing/Property Law department in the firm. John is local man who attended Magdalene College School Brackley before going to Cambridge University where he graduated in Law. He then joined the firm of Frank Jones & Harley where he was soon made a partner. John is head of the firm's probate department and he also practices in criminal and employment law. John is a member of the Northampton Duty Solictor Scheme. He is well known in local morris dancing and folk music circles. John is also a keen cricket fan.
Roy Warren LL.M
A former pupil of Northampton Grammar School, Roy qualified as a solicitor in 1976 and joined the firm in 1986. For many years Roy had a substantial criminal practice and has acted in a number of high profile criminal cases. In more recent years he has developed a family law practice with an emphasis on Children Law cases. He has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel since its inception in 1984. Roy is head of the Family Law department. He has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Huddersfield. In his spare time Roy enjoys hill walking and is a long time supporter of the Northampton Saints Rugby team.
Barry Lilley LL.B
Barry attended Laurence Sheriff School, Rugby before attending Bristol University where he graduated in Law. He was admitted as a solictor in 1977 after serving articles in London. Barry was a partner in another Northampton firm before joining this practice in 1988. He deals with criminal cases and property matters including leasehold. He is a member of the Duty Solictor Panel. Barry represented his University at Rugby and was a keen distance runner. He enjoys music and the arts.
Ron Mineards
Ron is a local man having attended Trinity Grammar School in Northampton. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 after spending 19 years in the Court Service. Since joining the firm in 1989 he has specialised in criminal law and has appeared as an advocate in a wide range of Courts. Ron has dealt with a number of murder and complex fraud cases. He is head of the firm's criminal department and is also a member of the Duty Solictor Panel. In his spare time Ron enjoys travel and is a keen Cobblers supporter.
